Wellness Workshops with Tai Chi, Meditation and a Specialist Focus

The One-Day and Weekend Workshops generally include Tai Chi, Chi Kung and relaxation or Meditation, at different levels depending on the participants. A workshop can provide an excellent introduction to the Pathways to Wellness. In addition to increasing knowledge and practice of the Infinite Arts, the One-Day and Weekend Workshops provide a “specific focus and content” to nurture and uplift oneself.

Who are they for?

Our one-day and weekend workshops offer an opportunity to care for oneself in body, mind, emotions and soul, and help us to get in touch with our own natural Inner Being. Most of our workshops are held in natural, wholesome environments with an outdoor space for Tai Chi and Chi Kung practice. Participants may choose a workshop by the title, or from their own need or area of interest, e.g. deepening their relationship with themselves, with Nature, and their meditative self-presence. We welcome people at all stages of their inner growth journey.

What to expect...

The content of the Workshops will vary, but all workshops will include aspects of Tai Chi, Chi Kung, and Meditation. For indoor workshops, participants should wear comfortable clothing suitable for exercise, and bring a yoga mat, cushion, and a shawl or blanket for meditation. For workshops with an outdoor dimension, participants should bring appropriate footwear, waterproofs, and suitable clothing. 

One-Day Workshops typically run from 10am – 5pm.
Weekend Workshops start on Friday evening at 6pm and continue until Sunday at 3pm.

The Healing Aspects of Bach Flower Remedies

This workshop will cover:

  • Dr. Edward Bach and his work
  • The 38 remedies and the healing properties of each one
  • Learning to identify some of the healing herbs and trees in your locality
  • How the remedies are prepared; the sun method and the boiling method
  • Making up the Remedies for personal use
  • Benefits of using the Bach Flower Remedies

Each attendee will receive a personal pack containing handouts on all 38 remedies and will also be given the opportunity to make up a remedy which suits their own personal needs.

Midsummer Festival in the Heart of Nature

In this summer season of fire and passion. Come and celebrate life and enter into the beauty of your own inner Sun. Summer is the peak of the expressive and expansive energy, growth and spiritual progress. Incorporating inner reflective work, Tai Chi, Chi Kung, drumming and chanting. Follow your Star..... from Winter darkness through to Advent or early Spring.
Because of the harsh conditions of Winter, we often underestimate the positive value of this season. The same is true of our own interior Winters – few of us would see them as our most growthful times, where we are almost forced to rest and lie dormant, oftentimes in solitude. Self-Care for the Carers

An opportunity for recognising the need to take care of oneself while constantly caring for others on a daily basis. This one-day workshop includes the uplifting practices of Tai Chi, Chi Kung, meditation, and wellness education for family members, carers, or people in caring professions, e.g. doctors, nurses, social workers, police, and more.
