What we Offer

The Academy offers a variety of classes, workshops, and retreats designed to support people to transform their lives and their well-being, one step at a time.

Teacher Training

A Teacher Training programme has been set up for those inspired to teach these life-giving practices.

Classes, Workshops & Retreats

The courses of classes, workshops and retreats are delivered by Rosaleen Fadden or one of the other Academy Teachers and are structured to meet the particular needs of the students or training group.

Short Courses

Some students join a six or eight week course of classes and are still enjoying the many benefits of the Infinite Arts of Tai Chi, Chi Kung, and Meditation 15 years later. Others join every Autumn and bring in the joyful benefits of these practices throughout Winter and into the first light of Spring.

Adult Education & Training

The Tai Chi and Wellness Academy has also come to the fore as a support in Adult Education with regional Education and Training Boards, with whom courses are being delivered on Wellness and the Infinite Arts of Tai Chi, Chi Kung, and Meditation, incorporating healing aspects of nature.
